It is a large, beautiful, and well-maintained collaborative practice, featuring family physicians, nurse practitioners, family practice nurses, and specialists on-site. The clinic also boasts a large procedure room, providing enhanced capabilities for patient care. With professional management and friendly administrative staff, it offers a supportive environment that ensures a seamless experience for both physicians and patients.

Job Description

Woodlawn Medical Clinic is seeking a family physician to provide locum coverage for the following dates in 2025:

  • June 13-30 For two physicians 
  • July 9-13 and 20-25
  • August 2-29

Locum physicians provide coverage for family practices, including inpatient and nursing home care, as well as specialist hospital and office coverage as requested. Compensation includes a minimum daily income guarantee of $1,200 for family physicians ($600 for half-day), with additional earnings if shadow billings exceed this amount. Travel expenses, including kilometrage, per diems, accommodations (up to $300 per night), and airfare (up to $1,500), are reimbursed, along with travel time up to 10 hours per week. Licensing fees for CPSNS are covered, and locum physicians may claim Facility On Call fees under specific conditions.
