The existing clerical staff supports the smooth operation of the clinic, allowing for efficient patient management. The clinic operates with typical hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the option for physicians to offer evening hours on Mondays or Saturday mornings for GPEW coverage. Urgent care services are available 24/7 and are compensated on an hourly basis; however, the clinic typically experiences low patient volume for urgent care, as most concerns are addressed during regular clinic visits.
