The Opportunity
The Informatics Leader is a clinically trained professional with advanced informatics expertise who serves as a key liaison between clinical teams, operations, and digital health enabling organizations and teams. The role supports clinical workflow optimization, provider, clinician, and staff coaching, and adoption of the OPOR clinical information system, ensuring alignment between system design and real-world care delivery.
Reporting to the Executive Lead, the Informatics Leader is responsible for leading, supporting, and optimizing the use of the organization’s clinical information system to enable high-quality, efficient, and evidence-based patient care.
The Informatics Leader operates within an interprofessional, team-based health care environment working collaboratively with clinical programs, operations, and information management/technology teams to support clinical transformation, workflow optimization, and effective use of digital health systems.
This role focuses on system adoption, sustainment, optimization, and enhancement, while also contributing to clinical standardization, workflow design, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Clinical Informatics Leader works collaboratively with clinical leaders, physicians, program teams, and technical partners to ensure effective integration of technology into clinical practice.

Your Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in a regulated health profession (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health or equivalent) required
• Current professional registration/licensure in good standing (if applicable)
• Additional education, certification, or training in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical and/or health system experience required
• Knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare delivery systems, and patient care processes required
• Knowledge of clinical information systems and digital health technologies with preference to Oracle Cerner solutions
• Demonstrated experience in clinical informatics, system implementation, quality improvement/workflow redesign or learning
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and change management skills
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to translate between clinical and technical domains
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and comfort working in complex environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independent
