What You’ll Do

✅ Develop and implement policies and programs to support healthcare professionals.

✅ Analyze healthcare trends and advise on recruitment, retention, and system transformation.

Who We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse (Nova Scotia College of Nursing) or regulated health professional with leadership experience.
Proven experience in acute and community-based care.
Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience working in Canadian health systems is a strong asset.
